Growing Bunker41
My first client project for ANP Office Furniture is finished and paid: a Shopify store with a custom Purolator freight integration. I wrote up what it actually took in issue 02. Now I’m looking for the second client, which is its own problem — the first one came through a person who knew what I did, and that is not a process I can repeat on demand yet. I’m still building Bunker41 alongside employment.
Sharing the work
One Person, Real Business is live on Substack and two issues are out. The aim is to be specific about what the work actually costs, for anyone weighing up whether they could do the same. This site holds the story, the projects, and this page; the articles are published over there.
Refining the agency system
I’m refining the operating system I built inside Claude to help run the agency. I direct the work and review the results. Agents help with delegated tasks, and a skeptic challenges the assumptions behind the plan.
I’m also considering whether parts of it could become a product. There’s no established commercial product to announce yet.
